- To secure reservation a Non-Refundable deposit is due at time of booking.
- Multiple cancellations will terminate future bookings
- Customers will be allowed 1 reschedule if booking is cancelled within 72 hours of event
- Remaining balance is due within 72 hours of event (failure to do so will result in cancellation of booking)
- Same day cancellation will result in forfeiture of payment
- Clients assume the risk of any undesirable events, injuries, or damages resulting from the misuse of hookah and will not hold Elevated Smok3 responsible
-Broken hookah will result in $150 replacement fee
